  • Order multiple times a month below the $300 free shipping threshold
  • Are within 25 miles of a DOW location and take advantage of the courier service
  • Utilize the credits that we put on your account ($15 parcel/$100 LTL) for product returns
Use the DOW Dash Delivery service if you are in one of the truck routes and:
  • Want to avoid accessorial charges
  • Need flexibility for delivery locations — job site, residential, etc.
  • Want advanced notice of delivery times
